The Midlands Park Hotel | Megan & Ray's wedding day...

Megan & Ray’s wedding day began in the most relaxed way. Everyone was so chilled I worried we might be way behind getting to the church on time! Not a bit, as it turned out everything ran like clockwork.

The sun shone and Fr. Paddy’s ceremony was short and sweet. After the mass in the lovely chapel in the Heath, we had time to go to the lake for a few pics followed by a quick trip up to the epic ruin of Dunamase Castle just outside Portlaoise.

Afterwards we went to join the rest of the guests at the reception in the Midlands Park Hotel Portlaoise ( where the fun really began.

We carried on the party all evening and even managed a few lovely night shots after I got lots of pics on the dance floor as things got funny very quickly!!!

Here’s just a small selection, hope you enjoy…

Thanks for stopping by,

Midland's Park Hotel | Christine & James

Beautiful bride, Christine Farrell recently married her sweetheart James Shallot and I was there to photograph every minute of this brilliant wedding!!

I cannot think of two more kind, considerate and beautiful people. They are absolutely made for each other and it was a pleasure to be a part of their big day. Everything went perfectly, from the ceremony in the little chapel in the Heath, to the wonderful reception laid on in the Midland’s Park Hotel Portlaoise.

Jame’s seemed to me like he was a bag of nerves in the morning but soon got settled and loved every minute of it. Christine was so chilled and relaxed and she seemed to be soaking up every last moment.

The sun gods shone and we managed to get all the photos in good time so they didn’t miss any of the action with their guests back at the Hotel in Portlaoise.

Here’s just a snippet of the many photos we got that wonderful day. Hope you like.

Tulfarris House | Emma & Dan's wedding day...

Mid-Summer and the temperature felt like it was in the mid- thirties. Emma & Dan got married surrounded by they’re friends and family in the lovely church in Timahoe Co. Laois. After the ceremony we strolled around the old Round-tower, taking photos and having a jolly nice time of it.

Tulfarris House ( Co. Wicklow was the venue for the afters and boy it didn’t disappoint. The sun kept shining and we managed to get some lovely images in between drinks and mingling with the crowd. Later we all went for a walk down by the lake and got a fine shot of the happy couple in relaxed mode, away from the crowd, taking a minute before the first dance.

All in all, it was a fantastic day with a brilliant young couple who enjoyed and loved every minute of the day.

Thank you Emma & Dan for having me along and for making me feel part of the lovely family you both have.
